FAQ

▶ When do I get my invoice and how can I pay?
We generate the invoices at the beginning of the month for goods taken during the previous month. Payment terms are 30 days and our preferred payment methods are by bacs or direct debit.
▶ If my cooler stops working or something breaks on it, what do I do?
Call us straight away and we’ll offer advice on the spot, call you back or get one of our engineers out to you as soon as we can to fix the problem.
▶ What do I do with the empty bottles?
Keep hold of them!!! Our bottles are re-usable so a deposit is charged on each bottle delivered and then refunded on every empty bottle we collect, so please look after them and it won’t cost you any more!
▶ How often do I need my cooler sanitised?
For a bottled cooler, the frequency of sanitisation must be on an average thirteen week cycle. For a plumbed in water cooler, we schedule a sanitisation whichincludes a filter change every 6 months as recommended by the BWCA.
▶ Why does my cooler need to be sanitised?
Regular sanitisation of the water cooler ensures that the quality of the water dispensed is maintained at it’s optimum condition. To find out more, visit http://www.norfolkwater.co.uk/services/
▶ What is the BWCA and how do you become a member?
The BWCA is the governing body for the water cooler industry and represents the interests of the water cooler industry in the UK. Members must adhere to strict Bylaws, Codes of Practice and the Code of Advertising and Conduct and are rigorously audited for compliance annually by 3rd party inspection organisations. You can find out more by visiting their website at http://www.bwca.org.uk/about.php
▶ Are you members of the BWCA?
Yes, we are full bottler and distributor members of the BWCA (British Water Cooler Association), and as we fall into two membership categories we have to undergo two independant audits each year.
