For the first time, customers will have control of their fresh water supplies quite literally at their fingertips
The new automated system will send out e-mail reminders to customers before their usual scheduled reminder call. At the click of a button they will then be able to order fresh supplies of water (or anything else from The Norfolk Water Company range), or let us know that they don’t need anything this time. It’s all part of our drive to improve communications, offer more choices and give a more efficient service to all our customers.
