We have always prided ourselves on the high standards of service we offer our clients - and that service has just taken another great stride forward, with the introduction of an automated reminder and ordering system.
Until now, we have usually called up regular clients two days before the next scheduled delivery in their area to check on whether they need fresh supplies. Of course, if you were out or unavailable when called, there was always a chance of deliveries being missed. With the new system you will automatically get an e-mail reminder three days before your normal delivery day. The e-mail will offer two choices:

Click on the "YES" button, and you'll be taken straight to the ordering section of our website.

Click "NO", and the system will automatically cancel the delivery.
We can also arrange for the reminder e-mail to be sent to several named contacts within your organisation so that orders aren’t missed when you are away from the office.
If you click on either button, the system will send notification that this has been done to all named contacts, with details of your instruction to us, so there’s no chance of orders being duplicated or cancelled accidentally.
Since the system is fully automated, it eliminates the human error factor. From our point of view, it means we can offer you more choice of ways to order, and a more efficient service. And from yours, it means far less chance of missed calls, forgotten orders or empty water coolers.
