1When do I get my invoice and how can I pay?
We generate the invoices at the beginning of the month for goods taken during the previous month. Payment terms are 30 days and our preferred payment methods are by bacs or direct debit.
2If my cooler stops working or something breaks on it, what do I do?
Call us straight away and we’ll offer advice on the spot, call you back or get one of our engineers out to you as soon as we can to fix the problem.
3What do I do with the empty bottles?
Keep hold of them!!! Our bottles are re-usable so a deposit is charged on each bottle delivered and then refunded on every empty bottle we collect, so please look after them and it won’t cost you any more!
4How often do I need my cooler sanitised?
For a bottled cooler, the frequency of sanitisation must be on an average thirteen week cycle. For a plumbed in water cooler, we schedule a sanitisation whichincludes a filter change every 6 months as recommended by the BWCA.
